Most of the items are in either brand new or in almost new, mint condition. If any problems have been found on an item, I have indicated that. Generally, I am a size 6, 28" waist in jeans, and a small size on top and medium on bottom. I have also listed all of the sizes with each clothing item. The estimate retail cost of all 150 items is about $14,000, but I have honestly rounded down on most of the items if they have been worn once. This is a perfect lot to buy if you have a resale clothing shop, ot just want a new wardrobe. There are 11 pants/shorts, 9 dresses, 27 jeans, 23 skirts, 8 jackets, 2 scarves, and 70 tops.
