Price new was $600.00 from Nordstrom. Skirt is a size 6 with a smallish waistband. The hips are freer, but the waist band is small. This skirt looks wonderful with riding boots and a short jacket. *I also have a Geiger Navy Blue Boiled Wool Jacket that looks great with this. The artwork on the skirt is really beautiful and luminous. This skirt also looks great hanging on an armoire when not wearing, as textile art, or classic equestrian scenes. Really Lovely. Here are some particulars about size: Waist is 30" Hips measured flat are 24 across so 48inches with pleats not extended. There is more room in the hips because of the pleats, however you want to look at the waist vs the hip width . Length is 37" with a 2 " hem (hemmed with seam binding). The seams are nicely finished. It is not lined, yet the fabric has a nice weight and drape to it. It is not a flimsy silk, it has some body. I would say it is in very good condition - with excellent being one step higher and good, fair, poor etc. on the lower end. There are no stains that I can see when holding up to light. I did have the button moved once on the waistband. It has been hanging in my closet for most of the time, I do video work so I lug heavy equipment around so no longer wear my special clothes. This one is special I think, it is very classic. I bought from Nordstroms about 12 years ago. I have worn it probably five times since then. Alas, I an no longer a size six. No rips, stains, tears, pills. I have had to restitch the hem though. Skirt is in great shape. I had the waist band adjusted once.
