Hot neon pink on white This is an original and one of a kind Dixie dress from Dixie Couture Simple, Elegant and that to die for Perfect fit!!! size 2-3 maybe larger if your child is petite This is for a 2 piece skirt and boltice national pageant dress with back bow and bustle that pin on  This dress top and  is made of heavy superstretch inside and out, boned in the sides and back with the trim made from the same fabric as the skirt The shirt waistband is also made of superstretch it is finished with velcro closure so it can be adjusted for that perfect fit everytime This is a no sew, ready to walk on stage dress!!! no hooks or snaps to sew on!! This dress is sure to stand out on stage!!!  The top is boned tank style with a low cut back and is done in sewn on hand made poofy trim with rhinestones everywhere!!!, with  to many to count crystal rhinestones on the trim and set directly on the superstretch with a very large 1 inch center stone that stands out and says "LOOK AT ME" The top has velcro closure in the back  The only glue on this dress is under the stones!
