Regarding Measurements; When the material is stretchy, I always measure in a relaxed, or "unstretched" state, unless otherwise noted. Chest: I measure from armpit to armpit, then double it. Shirt or Dress Length: I measure from the top of the shoulder seam (at the neck opening), to the bottom of the shirt/dress. If it is sleeveless such as a tank, I will measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom. Skirt or Pant length: I measure from top to bottom. Pant inseam: I measure from the seam in the crotch where the two legs meet, to the bottom. Hip measurements. These are hard to take, because my hips may not fall where yours do, etc. So This measurement is *always* an approximation, but generally on a long dress I will measure it halfway between the chect & bottom hem.
