It is 98% cotton 2 % spandex. The picture shows the front and back view. It has 2 front and 2 back pockets and it does have belt loops. They sit slightly below the natural waist and is machine washable. They measures across the waist 19" the hips measure 22" the width across the bottom  is 24 1/4" the entire length of the skort from the waist to the bottom of the leg is 16 3/4".   CONDITION: New with tags Additional Information: 2 Lbs ALWAYS --- NO RESERVE!!   Our Pricing??
