This has a scoop neckline edged in black rubber, no sleeves, a belted waist and two hidden side pockets. The hem is edged in fringed rolled black rubber. The back has a snap neckline that goes into two flap sides with an open center and a slight drape to the scoop. This is tagged a 40, which is a US 6. The runway photos show the dress with a leather belt. This has a fabric belted waist. Measurements: Bust 34"; Waist 28"; Hips 36"; Length 39". There is some play with the bust and waist by tightening/loosening the belt. Email with any questions.
