It is new with tags, an Italian Size 48 and a US Size 14 and guaranteed authentic. The retail is $995. The skirt is 100% silk with a silk liner. The skirt has 1" black ribbon waistband and a zipper on the front center. The zipper is an exposed silver zipper with a black ribbon border on the sides. From the base of the zipper to the bottom of the skirt, there is a seam that is outlined in a thin black silk satin ribbon on each side. There are matching seams down each hipside from the waistband to the bottom of the skirt. There is a black silk satin liner inside the skirt. The design features a midnight black background with bone white roses in gray tones and bright green leaves. The measurements are approximately: 31" waist, 41" hips, and it is 26" long from the top to the bottom.
