It is truly a circle skirt -- when laid flat, I measured the hem from edge to edge around the bottom -- at least 5 FEET. this must have take 10 yards of fabric!! It is truly amazing.Purchased a couple of years ago at a Barneys Warehouse Sale, I have never worn this. It is just a little too snug at the waist, and that drives me crazy.
