The combined shipping is calculated based on weight automatically when you go through ebay's checkout. For your own calculations regarding combined shipping on multiple items, it is roughly full price for the first item and half price for every similar item after that. SHIPPING METHOD - We use USPS Priority or Express Mail for the vast majority of our shipments.  If a shipping method is not listed as available in the bottom of the auction, we do not use it, including USPS First Class Mail.
