The showroom tag is still on the inside reading " criss cross skirt" The piece has draping in the front and a metallic sheen. It zips at the back. The waist is 29" the hip is VERY narrow at 35" and the total length is 38". There is a shell underneath half the length of the skirt. I liquidated from a wardrobe studio in NYC.
