Has a hard tie belt (not shown) Side zipper. Excellent condition, material is strong and fresh, no stains, holes or wear and smells nice, skirt needs a slight steaming. Size is about XS. Measures: 36" around bust. 24" around waist. 54" around hips. Almost 44" from shoulder to hem but has another 4" that were hemmed in by hand and can be let out. Over 120" around bottom hem sweep!
